Nan you have been such a ray of sunshine in my life. Your kindness, love, and fabulous wit have been great gifts to me and to all who have known you. I will cherish the memory of our going to thrift shops while we had bread dough rising in the car. Love you and miss you terribly already.
There was no stronger, creative, or caring woman on Waneta Lake than my friend, Nan. She was always so happy, always bringing joy, sharing her many talents and bestowing her profound wisdom to those who encountered her loving spirit. Nan and Skip were such an important of my life and our transition from Rochester to Waneta. They, and Jim and I, spent many, many nights together catching up on families, Town issues and most importantly, our mutual love of dogs. As you all know, Skip loved his dogs and took such good care of each of them and the four of us shared both laughter and many tears as dogs came and left our lives through the almost 40 years of knowing each other.
A loving and caring couple that some of their children have modeled their lives after, both Skip and Nan were forever in love. It is beyond sad to lose Nan, but we all know, she and "Skipper" have been reunited again, not be separated again.
God's blessings to them and may they rest in peace and complete contentment.

We are so sad to lose Mom Moore and will truly miss her smiling face. We hope good memories will give the family strength to get through the days to come. Michael and I are so sorry we can not join you on the 19th but we will be there in spirit and have a manhattan in her honor!
