We are so sorry for the loss of a great lady. Althea will be missed by many. We'll remember her laugh, her care for the garden, her love of family. Our deepest sympathies.

Mrs. Carpenter was one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. The memory of a pre-prom dinner she had for Steve and his date, and Ray Detine and myself is always in my mind. She treated us as if we were royalty and made the four of us feel so special. She will never be forgotten.

Our thoughts are with all of you. We are so sorry for your loss. There was never a kinder soul than Althea. So glad for all the memories of her. Hope your memories bring you comfort at this time.
