Condolences
Aw sorry to hear. What a wonderful neighbor she was for years. Lucky to have had her in your lives for so long. Love to you all especially Cheryl and Lynn.
One of my favorite memories of Grandma is me sitting on her lap. I turned around to look at her and noticed she blinked her eyes a lot. She just held on to me as I moved all around.
I really liked Grandma's visits. She was the one who visited the most. More often than not she remembered my birthday with a card.
Then, once we went bowling. I really enjoyed having family to do things with.
I especially liked visiting her these past few years. I learned many things talking with her. I liked listening to her stories about her youth, her marriage and family.
The last conversation I told her the truth about God. I told her that He was her Father and Jesus her Savior and they alone were to have her heart.
Before I left, she said, Thank you Jackie for telling me about God. Grandma often surprised me. Her memory was better than many. I hope she will be in the kingdom of heaven.
She has blessed my life with hers.
I have so many memories of Aunt Linda....spending time with them in Alpine in Bluebird....summer time was awesome....i will forever keep her in my heart.....
Our Deepest sympathies to Marleen and her entire family.
A wife, a mother, a grandma too,
This is the legacy we have from you.
You taught us love and how to fight,
You gave us strength, you gave us might.
A stronger person would be hard to find,
And in your heart, you were always kind.
You fought for us all in one way or another,
Not just as a wife, not just as a mother.
For all of us you gave your best,
Now the time has come for you to rest.
So go in peace, you’ve earned your sleep.
Love you gram
