Bob was a really good man who loved his Saviour Jesus Christ. He is sorely missed, but I know I will see him again someday. He had a true care for others and would gladly lend a helping hand when it was needed. I know he helped out many people because he cared. May God Bless the entire family and provide strength. I am blessed to have known Bob as a friend and a Brother-In-Christ.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have known Bob since meeting him while working for B R Dewitt in the late eighties. I was based at the Phelps plant but worked a lot out of Burdett over the years. Bob was a great fellow employee and friend, who always held an "old school" work ethic. Bob graduated from high school with my wife's[Mary Terry ] brother, Ron. This always gave us topics to discuss about the Odessa area. We both had an interest in motorcycles especially dirt bikes. I always looked forward to touching base with Bob at Poags Hole hillclimb. Fond memories will always be felt by all who knew him.
Gone but will always be remembered
