I recently moved to the area and had two small children with me in the car. The road was snow covered and I accidently hit the snow plow blade of the county snow plow that was traveling toward me. The sheriff actually measured the road to see who was in the right. When I went to court, Norm excused me saying that I had suffered enough. I really felt his kindness!
