I only met Gaynelle when she joined the Garden Club and served with her on the Board. Her always smiling and gentle way made it a pleasure to know her. God bless you all; we will remember her with much fondness.

Ross Park Zoo has lost a dear friend, dedicated educator and docent. Gaynelle displayed her love of animals and knowledge as she presented information about the animals at Zoo Mobiles. She had a pleasant and encouraging manner with adults and children as she introduced them to interesting and sometimes scary animals. Gaynelle volunteered for 13 years and we are grateful for those productive and fun years of service. We share your loss at the passing of this lovely lady. A memorial brick will be placed in the brick pathway at Ross Park Zoo in her memory.

I'm so thankful Gaynell joined the Garden Club in 2008. This gentle, beautiful lady quietly became part of our 2nd Vice President Commmittee, responsible for arranging and presenting our monthly programs. She loved to talk and plan programs with Gardeners, Floral Designers, enviromentalist and bee,bird and butterfly lovers. Our website states our club is "growing gardens and friendships" and I thank our Heavenly Father for blessing me with her friendship. "The grass withers, the flowers fade, But the Word of our God shall stand forever" Isaiah 40:8 "Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me all the days of my life and I will live in the house of the Lord forever."
