I was so sorry to hear of Barbra's passing. I worked with her at Social Services yrs. ago and she was a great lady. Sending prays to her family and will always have such great memories of her. My prays go out to you all at this very sad time. Ellen

Barbara Riley was a faithful member of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church in Montour Falls until it suspended services in November 2007.
