So sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. During difficult times like this I find it comforting to reflect on the good times you had and on the hope of seeing your loved one again. The last book of the Bible (Revelation 21:1-4) speaks of a restored paradise where the human family will have the prospect of enjoying life without end, free from all sickness, disease and death. May the above scripture bring comfort to your family.

Grandma and Mom came to Florida to visit me. I was on the phone, and the 2 of them got to laughing. It turns out Grandma was mocking me on the phone. Every time I would say "cool" she would raise her diet Pepsi and say cool like me, and had Mom rolling laughing. When she got home, saying "cool" became her thing, and Grandpa made sure to tell me how grateful he was that I taught Grandma how to say cool.... NOT!

My condolences to Lillian's family with special mention of her son Charlie - one of my Gr. 4 students of years ago. Happy memories and strong family ties will get you all through the difficult days ahead.
