Ruth P. Whiteman, 93, of Montour Falls, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Seneca View. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls.
