Obituary of Stacy L. Johnson Jr.

Stacy L. Johnson, Jr born March 28, 1941 to Stacy and Corrine Johnson Sr, in Shelby, North Carolina. Stacy worked at Sealand as a longshoreman in New Jersey. Stacy served his community at the Elk's Lodge No.93 along with other neighboring lodges. He transitioned on his farm in Watkins Glen, NY on August 31, 2024. Stacy was preceded in death by his father, Stacy Johnson, Sr.; mother, Corrine Johnson; daughter, Cheryl Alston; sister, Lucille Johnson Lowery; sister, Margaret Degree; and brother, Isaac Johnson. Stacy leaves to cherish his memories- aunt Laura Williamson; daughter Samira Hall (Nick Sr.); grandchildren, Nick Jr., Christopher, Jordan, and Andru Hall; great- grandchildren, Nyla Hall, Aniyah Stewart, Messiah Tisdale, and Carter Hall; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Stacy played an instrumental role in many lives Harold Degree (Sharon) Curtis, Terry Degree, Beverly Thomas, Tara Wright, and Eric Wright. He will be sorely missed by all.
