Condolences
I’ll miss you a lot Grandma I’m sorry I couldn’t be there but you taught me so much growing up and learning and working for you. You have always had a special place in all my childhood memories! I know you are playing piano for the Lord and what a beautiful sound that must be.
Love,
Isaac
Dear Michel Family, I am so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. I have fond memories of listening to your mother play the piano at the Glen Baptist Church. May your memories put a smile on your face in the days and weeks to come.
Dearest Michel family,
Sally was such a wonderful person and inspiration to all that ever met her. She was a shining light at Glen Baptist church and all of Schuyler County. I'll never forget growing up with Sally on the piano and my grandmother on the organ. I'd argue it was the best musical team in any church around.
I'm sorry for your loss and know that this world has lost a true spiritual giant, but heaven is rejoicing welcoming her home.
Dear family of Sally Michel, it is with sadness that I have learned of your lovely mother's recent passing. My maiden name was Pat Tague, and our family lived on College Ave in Montour Falls, just down the street from your home in Turner Park. I well remember your wonderful dad who was our family dentist and was deeply saddened when he died from illness at a way too young age. Jackie, you probably don't remember that my mom, Rose Tague, helped you with speech therapy when you were about five years old. I only remember you and your twin brothers, as I was so much older than all of you and was most likely in college when your younger siblings were born. I remember that y
our mother had a lovely singing voice and sang in a quartet with my mother and two other local women. I still remember that they called themselves Montour's Murmuring Mommies...seems so funny now as I write it!! My brother, Bill Tague, still lives in our family home, and he told me that one of you still lives in your family home in Turner Park. Sadly, I won't be able to attend your mother's funeral as I have a 10 A.M. appointment that morning here in Big Flats (where my husband and I now live). Please know that I am keeping all of you in my prayers during this difficult time. My memories of your mom are special to be sure.
Peace and Blessings to you all,
Pat Tague Seem
Big Flats, NY
Our sympathies to this lovely family. My wife and I served at Glen Baptist Church for eight years and loved the people. Sally and Bob were very faithful and brought their children to church faithfully. Sally was very faithful at the piano and so helpful to special music participants. She was always upbeat and ready to serve. We plan to attend the funeral and look forward to seeing each of her children.
