I have had the privilege of getting to know Melissa and her family over the past few years and am so sad for your loss. I apologize that I could not be at the service to show my support today, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
I never thought that I'd never see you again. If I'd had known, we would have made that visit from Florida or took that vacation that you always talked to me about! I'm sorry that it never happened. But who could've known that this would happen? You were the closest thing I ever had to a daughter in law and I Loved you, and you gave me a beautiful granddaughter in Ashlyn. My heart breaks for her and Viola, but I know you will be watching over them both as they grow. Rest easy Missy until we meet again.
