She married Marvin E. Knoll who passed away August 1, 1978. They had three daughters, Nancy K. Elliott, Elizabeth J. Knoll (Spears) and Katherine J. Knoll. She has two grandsons Robert and David Elliott who gave her 5 great grandchildren - Makayla Olson, Andrew Elliott, Bryce Elliot, Zachary Elliott, and Alexander Elliott.
Ann was very involved in the horse 4-H program working with many wonderful horses and their kids. She was involved with dog obedience for her many dogs.
She was very involved with their Morgan horse farm - KNOLLCREST MORGANS- They raised, trained and showed these horses. If she found the right home she sold a few of them. Her favorite division was carriage driving. She has one mare at home - KNOLLCREST BIT OF ELEGANCE- Ellie was born when she was 70. She hooked and drove her mare by herself until last year.
Another big part of her life was working at various shows as show secretary. This was before computer programs were available to help with this. She worked with Dr. Charles Hart at Syracuse International for quite a few years. She also worked at quite a few Morgan shows including the NY Amateur Show, NYMHS Show and 4-H shows.
