Noni and family- we are so very sorry for your loss. He was a great man! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the club with my father listening to his stories!! Always so entertaining! You could see the love he had for his beautiful wife as he gave her such tender loving care. Our hearts ache for you Noni, take care of yourself.

Mert was a kind and gentle man with great humor. He loved coming to the lodge on Saturday nights with his wife Naomi for the BBQ spareribs. They always sat at the same table right in the front middle in front of the hostess counter so it gave me the chance to enjoy some of Mert’s many funny stories and also had the chance to just share conversation. During Covid restrictions he even drove up for BBQ take out. I will miss seeing his friendly face. Mert will be missed.
Mert was always the smiling and jovial guy! Remember him mostly working for the schools then his own store. He was a cousin who was there when you needed advice. He will be sadly missed by all that knew him!
