Obituary of Richard J. Wagner

Richard J. Wagner, 66, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. He was born in Elmira, NY on July 10, 1955, the son of the late William and Elaine (Graves) Wagner. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Joanne (Burch) Wagner; daughter, April (Shannon) Mann of Alpine; two sons, Matthew (Candace) Wagner of Wauwatosa, WI and William Wagner of Milwaukee, WI; five sisters, Diana (James) Wilson of Clayton, NC, Deborah (Michael) Rock of Weatherly, PA, Cheryl Andrews of Pickens, SC, Elaine Patten of Brookhaven, MS and Karen (David) Greeno of Pickens, SC; four brothers, Bill (Pat) Wagner of Liberty, SC, Wayne (Carol) Wagner of Mt. Dora, FL, Walt (Donna) Wagner of Sayre, PA and Mark Wagner of Crossville, TN; five grandchildren, Lane Wagner, Brynn Wagner, Nora Wagner, Theo Wagner, and Levi Mann; and by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Vedder-Scott & Zinger Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, American Kidney Association or American Cancer Society.
