Obituary of Sandra K. Howland

Sandra K. Howland, 71, of Montour Falls, NY, and formerly of Spring Valley, IL, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility. Born in Wellsville, NY on January 8, 1947, she was the daughter of the late John and Arretta Howland. Sandra graduated from Andover Central School in Andover, NY, with the class of 1964. She went to college at SUNY Morrisville to pursue a career as a LPN. She lived and worked for many years in the suburbs around Chicago, IL. Sandra enjoyed traveling, spending time fishing, camping, and going to the Wildlife Preserve with her brother John. She was an avid NASCAR fan, loved playing BINGO, and spending time at the Riverboat Casino. She loved to watch the NY Yankees and football. Sandra is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Randy Hill of Olean, NY; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Richard Porr of Rock Stream, NY, and brother, John R. Howland of Elkland, PA; several cousins, a niece and two nephews. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the family plot in Hillside Cemetery in Andover, NY.
