Condolences
We just learned of Irene's passing today but express to her family and many close friends our condolences for your loss. During our years in Schuyler County and at the Fire Academy both Irene and Eugene were considered close personal friends.
We believe our eternal reunion with them will one day take place and pray that each of you will find comfort during this time of grief knowing that Christ brings us a blessed hope.
So sorry to read this, she was such a special lady. She would brighten up anyone's day I do believe. Thought the world of her family and friends, she would tell me "if it's a Hubbell" it's probably related to me. When she held an office in Eastern Stars, someone asked her what the order of dress was to be, she answered: I believe we'll wear grass skirts and carry matches and take it from there. Thank you for sharing her with us, she was a favorite of ours. Peace to the family.
Sending Sincerest Thoughts to the family. Irene was a very dear and special person. She will deeply be missed by so many who loved her dearly. She will always remain in my Thoughts & Prayers and remember all the fun times we had together.
Sincerely,
Vicki Cadwell
We are very sorry for your loss she was a wonderful person. I have known your family my whole life and always enjoyed her company. We are sorry we were not able to go to her calling hours.
I would like to express my deepest sympathy to family and friends. May all your good memories outweigh your sadness during this difficult time. (Isaiah 25:8)
A Beautiful Lady, Irene will always be a Very Special part of my life! She had the BIGGEST Heart for everyone. Gentle, a listener, strong Faith in God and loved her family unconditionally. My family grew up near and are friends of Irene's Family. Our Family moved in our teen's to live with our Great Grand Mother Lana, this took us out of the school district and lead to the need of a Guardian to care for our in school supervision. Irene having 7 children of her own took on 3 more children so we could have the privilege of Graduating from the school we started in. "The KEY's was NOT to get into trouble, as it would cause Irene grief she did not deserve, Plus she would have to tell our Mother LOL"! For the most part I believe just a few notes came to Irene about my younger brother (chris) "his grades", Irene would report to Julie to tell Lorraine to tell her brother to get his grades up or she would have to tell our Mother, Chris was a good student, probably just board with school. One year or more our Mothers would go shopping for Christmas presents together, Julie and I once received the same dolls, too funny now. All joking aside I loved this woman as my own Mother and will forever be Thankful for being a part of her children's lives as friends for life!
Bob and Barb, we extend our most sincere condolences to you, and to all your family.
Lois,
My thoughts and prayers go out to your family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with The Family of Irene.
